TR Homes has cleaned up at the 2022 HIA CSR Great Southern Housing Awards, where the best homes in WA’s Southwest and Great Southern regions were recognised. We came away from the event winning both Modular and Prefabricated Housing of the Year and Innovation in Lightweight Housing of the Year. We were also a Project Home of the Year finalist. Entries to these categories were awarded points based on the quality of workmanship, design effectiveness including environmental sustainability, visual and market appeal, and innovation.
TR Homes modular home entry
Our modular home entry was a stunning beachside home built in Bremer Bay, on the south coast of Western Australia between Albany and Esperance. The Hamelin Bay design was a perfect choice, being a modern country home suitable for coastal living, with high ceilings and an abundance of natural light filtering through its many windows.
Nathalia Crabtree, the homeowner, and the photographer said after being notified of the win;
"It’s been such a wonderful journey building and working with TR Homes, this is the icing on the cake!”
The event was held on Friday 9th September at Eight Willows Retreat in Margaret River and attended by TR Homes Group Sales and Business Development Manager Nathan Hollis. Nathan commented,
